Inclusion Statement 

The Esther Project provides support to all self-identifying women and femmes, and those who may be selling or exchanging sex as women across coastal West Sussex. 

We recognise that trans people may face additional discrimination, issues and barriers when selling or exchanging sex that others may not, and are committed to ensuring that trans people approaching our service are fully supported.

We also recognise that as a team of cis-gendered women, we do not have lived experience of all gender and trans issues. Our team has received LGBTQ+ inclusion training and we are dedicated to learning more. We work in consultation with LGBT Switchboard when we need additional expertise. 

Yada and The Esther Project support all women, regardless of nationality. Our support is always free and confidential.
